Photos of the Existing Living Room of my New House.
Okie, last saturday, went to my new house to take some measurement and also took some photos of the new house. The owner is not in Singapore, but she had a Power Of Attonerny to help her settle the paperworks. So i ask him for permission to go inside to take measurement lor. Took me awhile to measure the new house.
Below is the photos for the living room. the rest will follows once i got the time to do it.. 
This is where my tv console and CD rack will be.

This is where my sofa and a low wall will be. Going to take down the ugly sliding glass door.

Photos of the Existing Dinning Area of my New House.
Okie, below is the photo for the dinning area of my new house. Will be knocking down the wall between the dinning area and the kitchen and build a bar top with 3 silver support beam below it. This will make the kitchen more bright. Initially wanted to put full length mirror on the wall, but mum strongly object to it. So, will be leaving the wall plain first and maybe find some painting and put on it lor.

Now is the photos for the existing kitchen of my new house. Will be doing a ‘L’ shape to hide the washing machine and the rubbish chute. A pity the block dun have gas running to it, so i have to rely on plain old LPG cyclinder. This means the kitchen cabinet need to include space for the cyclinder.
This is the front part where the present fridge will be. Will include a additional space for the microwave.
The back part. This is where the ‘L’ shape washing sink area will be. The washing machine will be hide behind the ‘L’ shape extension which will have a low height extension. 
This is an close-up view of the part where my ‘L’ shape extension is going to be. 
This is the rubbish chute. The design of old houses where the rubbish chute is in the house itself. Will be changing the rubbish chute to those flat type. and will built a cabinet to hide it. This also help to contain the smell inside.
Photos of the Existing Masterbed Room of my New House.
Okie, after a few days rest, this are the photos of the Existing Masterbed Room of my new house. This will be my room. Yeah! My rooms will be painting a darker shade of blue. And the furniture will be birch effects.
The view towards the door. I will be changing the door. Infact, all doors will be changed. Also, the top of the door will be plastered.
This wall will have the built in wardrobe. Total length should not exceed 2.5m. and i want it to be sliding door. The sliding door will be 2m total and the remaining 0.5m will be drawers and normal door. Depth of the wardrobe will be 0.6m deep lor. 
This wall will be made flat to hide the beams. And then my king size bed will be place there. Will find 2 small side table to put by the side of the bed. 
Over this side, will made a small closet at the corner. The closet is for putting new bathing towels, facial towels, and new toiletries… etc As for the toilet door, i will change it to frosted glass door. And i saw in Ikea a rattan partition that i can place between the toilet door and the bed. I hate to turn in beds and saw the toilet door.. hahaha. The rattan partition is white in color, so i will have to find some wood paint or something to paint over it.

Hmm.. over this wall, i dunno wat to do yet. So mostly will buy a small drawer closet and place it there. But in future, i will want to put a LCD TV and a DVD player over there lor. 
Outside view from Masterbed Room window. The other houses are quite far, so there is privacy lor. 
This is the MBR Toilet. Basically, need to redo the whole toilet. Change the WC, the basin, the wall tiles, the floor tiles, …etc. 
This is another view. See how rundown the toilet is. 
This are the pipes. Thinking of making cabinet to hide the pipes. 
Photos of the Existing Common Room 1 of my New House.
Now is the photos for the existing common room 1 of my new house. This room will be my mum’s room. Will be painting this room light yellow as mum likes the room to be brighter.
This side will be quite plain. The door will be changed, and the top part will be plastered up. The rest will be up to mum liao. 
This side will have the built in wardrobe to maximise the wall. Mum dun want sliding and prefer the door type. 
This side will be the queen size bed for mum. Presently, she had a drawer cabinet that she will bring to the new house also. Think she will put it at the corner bah. 
This is the window’s side. The window will be changed, as well as the window grills. May get a small tv console to put a small tv for mum. 
This is the outside view from mum’s room. Quite unblocked and big. kekeke.
